Dr Gervase R. Bush is Professor of Leadership and Organization Development at the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. Over a four-decade career, he has helped transform organisational structures, cultures, and processes from command-and-control to collaborative systems. An award-winning author of over 100 papers and three books on organisational change, leadership, and teams, his book Clear Leadership has been translated into nine languages. He has twice received the prestigious Douglas McGregor Award and is internationally recognised for his research.
