Mickey Connolly is the Chairman and co-founder of Conversant. For over 35 years, Mickey and his team have explored how the way leaders connect with others impacts the amount of time, money and stress it takes to achieve important goals.
Mickey co-authored two books that feature Conversant research and results: The Vitality Imperative: how connected leaders and their teams achieve more with less time, money and stress and The Communication Catalyst: the fast (but not stupid) track to value.
Mickey has worked with over 100,000 leaders, educators, and negotiators to resolve conflict, align varied interests, and accelerate achievement. Clients have included police, military and government organizations as well as many prominent enterprises like Hewlett Packard, Korn Ferry, Microsoft, J&J, Coca Cola, McDonald’s, National Australia Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Lloyd’s Banking Group, Citi, Australia Post, The China Energy Foundation, The Nature Conservancy, Humana, Ramsay Healthcare, Lockheed Martin and many others.
