The Org Chart updates automatically based on who’s in the system, offering all employees a current, consolidated view of reporting structure. In addition to our dynamic org chart, Khorus also provides an easy-to-use company directory to keep employees connected. 

Weekly Updates and Comments

Everyone in Khorus takes five minutes a week to update their goals on two dimensions: Likelihood of achievement and Quality of work done so far. (Why these two? Read more here.) When employees experience successes or obstacles, the weekly update affirms them their goals are on track or raise a red flag to peers and leadership. 

​Anyone can add a comment to their weekly goal update, or comment on others' updates. Employees can share insight and ask for help; leadership can rapidly adapt to changes or drop in to acknowledge a job well done.

Generate Reports

Exportable reports on demand: easily find out who's using Khorus with our Usage and Compliance Stats: 
  •   Percentage of employees with goals
  •   Percentage of employees who updated their goals this week
  •   List of manager who have not completed quarterly appraisals
Exportable Goal Data: You can also export data from Khorus into PDF or CSV reports. Access:
